The band has been created in September of year 2002 in Varna City (Bulgaria) by active members Stanimir Stavrev (Stavry)-vocals, Niki Bonev-guitar, Vasil Harizanov-guitar and Nikola Nikolov-bass guitar. In the beginning of 2004 band accepted Vlado (Rambo) Marinov-drums. The first songs of the band were covers of their favourite bands like: Death, Testament, Carcass, Megadeth, Paradise Lost and many others. Band starts concerting in Varna Rock clubs in the autumn of 2002 and playing almost every week in : Talisman club, TNT, Alibi club, Down city, Area 51, Motoclub bar. SYMBOLIC plays at some rock festivals like: Winter Frost Festival 2003 & 2004 - Dobrich, Varna Summer 2004, Hysteria fest 2005, Berkstock 2005 ( together with punk-legends The Exploited and many other bands), Razgrad Rock 2005 , Shkorpilovci Fest 2004 & 2005, Thrash til Death Festival 2006 (support to Napalm Death, Destruction and Mystic Circle), support to Dismember in Bucurest 2007 and many more concerts in clubs in all Bulgaria and Romania, more then 140 up to the end of year 2008. Band starts recording their debut album in the autumn of 2005. The CD named Mea Culpa contains 8 songs + 1 remix version of song Overdose. Album has been issued at the end of May 2006 by Area 51 Records. New album "Divide et Impera" will be out in february of year 2010.
